Notice of Business Succession and Transfer of Personal Data
We wish to inform our clients and candidates that Search Simple has transferred its recruitment business, including associated candidate and client records, to Zensho Agency K.K. as part of a formal business succession.
Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), personal data may be transferred without individual consent when a business succession occurs, provided that the purpose of use remains the same and the successor assumes responsibility for data protection.
Accordingly:
- Zensho Agency K.K. is now the successor entity responsible for managing and protecting your personal data.
- Your personal data will continue to be used only for recruitment and placement services, as previously notified by Search Simple.
- You retain all rights under the APPI, including the right to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
